How long until I receive my order?
Each item is custom made upon order. Please allow up to 5 business days for manufacture of your item. Postage times will vary according to standard Australian delivery times. As a guide generally between 3 and 14 business days for standard post with Australia Post. Please note that this is likely to be extended at peak times, for example over Christmas.
I have decided on a different colour after I have ordered online, how can I change this?
Please email allthesmall@outlook.com.au to request any amendments to your order. We will happily oblige if we have not already made your item.
Can I have a custom order made?

My product was broken in the post what happens now?
We ship via Australia Post and take every effort with secure packaging to ensure safe delivery, however we are relying on a third party for delivery and some things are out of our control. In the unfortunate event that your product arrives broken, please send us an email with a photo of the damage. We will get back to you as soon as we can to arrange a replacement.
